Al Dente’s Carba-Nada™ proves that "not

introduction of three great tasting products that have
75% less carbs than traditional fettuccine.

until all focus groups assured them that the taste and
texture of Carba-Nada™ fettuccine was superior to

high-protein soy flour, wheat gluten and fiber for some
of the semolina, Al Dente has succeeded in bringing the
total carbohydrate count down to 9 net grams of carbs
per 2 oz of cooked pasta.
