Thank you for inviting my class to AL DENTE. When ever I eat the pasta I put it in my mouth and act like it needs a haircut.

When I heard the word "spinach" pasta, I thought BLECK but when I smelled it I thought it would taste good so if I ever taste it, it would probably taste good. If I didn't like it, well it was worth a try.

I have had your pasta before and I enjoy it. I think the big pasta machines are neat.
