Pappardelle recipes

Dennis

dennis’ veggie & chicken sausage ragu

This recipe is on the Garlic Herb Pappardelle package. In Italian, parpare means "to gobble" and that's what I predict you'll be doing with our new Pappardelle Pasta. Each super wide, delectable noodle is made to hold the robust flavor of a ragu, stew or chunky veggie sauce.

Al Dente Pappardelle with Rabbit a la Moutarde

al dente® papparadelle with rabbit in mustard cream sauce

My mom is French, so I grew up eating rabbit and I love it. But that’s not to say I cook it myself, so last night was a real treat. Tammy’s Pappardelle with Rabbit in Mustard Cream Sauce took me back so quickly to my Mom’s Lapin a la Moutarde, I could hardly stand it.

Papparadelle with Onions, Dec_2012

carmelized onions and parmesan with pappardelle

Our most recently introduced (and big in every way) Pappardelle pastas. This recipe would be great with Egg or Garlic Herb Pappardelle.

Papparadelle with Mushrooms, Dec_2012

beef stroganoff with pappardelle

Peace, love, and pasta. This is a great recipe you can make in a crockpot if you're busy working or shopping, or bake in the oven while you play a board game with your family. Try it and enjoy.

Cooking with Cameo, the cat. "As you all know, times are tough so I've had to take on a few sponsorships. For my first, I'd like to feature "Al Dente Pasta". The good people of Al Dente Pasta were kind enough to donate a few different kinds of their delicious pasta for me to try out some recipes." The inside scoop at Al Dente Pasta is that we put the final touches on our Golden Egg Pappardelle and Garlic Parsley Pappardelle. You’ll be happy to know that even though it is considerably wider than our fettuccine, it still cooks in 3-4 minutes. Because of its width, however, it holds up beautifully under sauces that were sometimes a little too heavy for our other noodles.
