al dente® spicy peanut sesame noodles
Our good friends at Bona Sera Supper Club came up with this recipe and I just love the color combination of the pasta and the vegetables. The black sesame seed and ground peanut garnish is my new favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Al Dente® Spicy Sesame Linguine
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup pea pods, slivered
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter, chunky or creamy
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- sesame seeds, garnish
- ground peanuts, garnish
Directions
Cook pasta till Al Dente® (just 3 minutes). Drain and run cold water over. Cool pasta to room temp and then toss with sesame oil, carrots, and pea pods. Make peanut dressing by melting the peanut butter, water, hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Let cool and put in a jar. When at room temp add rice wine vinegar, and peanut oil. Shake, shake, shake to mix. Pour peanut dressing over noodles and veggies, salt to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds and ground peanuts. Enjoy!
