pasta with zucchini, mushrooms, & pinenuts
This recipe is on our Wild Mushroom Fettuccine bag. Al Dente® Pasta has become famous for it's incredible taste and texture that duplicates what an Italian grandmother would make in her own kitchen.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. zucchini, washed and sliced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup toasted pinenuts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 12 ounces Al Dente™ Pasta
Directions
Heat the butter in a skillet and sauté the mushrooms and zucchini for 3 minutes. Add the pinenuts, the green onion, then the cream. Add the pasta and toss it all together. Add parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
