Check out this great review of Al Dente’s Carba-nada pasta!  Loki’s kitchen, a great blog with tasty recipes, featured Al Dente’s basil fettucine in a recipe with turkey kielbasa and veggies.  When comparing Carba-nada with a traditional spaghetti Loki writes, “you get 1/2 cup MORE pasta and eat almost half the carbs.
