Wow! What a breakfast I had at Selma Cafe this morning, prepared by my friends from Bona Sera Supper Club.  Let me tell you-after having Carbonara with Al Dente Pappardelle Pasta, you will never go back to making it with any other cut of noodle. Fantastic.

They made it look very easy but that’s because it is! Mix egg, cooked bacon,fresh parm and lots of fresh pepper.

Toss with the hot, cooked pasta
