BonaChia Sesame Noodle Dish

Oh yeah! Our new BonaChia® Pastas are popping up in fine stores all around the country- including NYC! If we can make it there, we can make it anywhere, or so they say. To celebrate this huge coup, I decided to search Bon Appetit’s website for a bit of inspiration. Afterall, they are based in The Big Apple. And, Bon Appetit has always been one of my absolute favorite cooking magazines.

BonaChia Fettuccine going into the boiling water
just 3 minutes from stove to table

Their recipe for Sesame Noodles jumped right out at me. Of course, in true 3in3 fashion, and because I know my fans depend on me to come up with quick tricks for getting delicious food on the table in minutes, I did a little improvisation.

shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, cilantro, dressing
assorted fresh veggies and a little asian-style dressing

I cooked up a bag of BonaChia Fettuccine, tossed with 1/2 cup of Brianna’s Ginger Mandarin Dressing, added 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil, grated carrots and cucumber. Garnished with cilantro and chopped peanuts or sesame seeds, if desired. Season to taste with siracha or other favorite hot sauce, unless you are using our Spicy Sesame Linguine, which has all the spice a person could ever hope for.BonaChia Sesame Noodle Dish
