At a party on Saturday night, my long-time friend, Peggy Lampman noticed quite a crowd gathered around me and wondered what in the world I was talking about that had them so engrossed in the conversation. I’ll admit I was “talking shop” at a party, but no one seems to mind when you are telling them how to get a meal on the table in just 3 minutes. I am sure no one is going to mind the extra few minutes and they will definitely love the ingredients! I am going home right now, stopping at my roadside stand, and toasting to Peggy as I dig into my first bite.
