I’ve always wondered if a recipe could be too simple? Well…… the votes have come in and the answer is a unanimous…not in this case. With necessity being the mother of invention, I created this recipe as the simplest way to sample our new BonaChia® Pasta to hundreds of people in stores around the country. Little did I know that everyone would absolutely love it and ask for the exact recipe. So, here it is……perfect for many occasions. Definitely the easiest pasta dish you will ever make. In 3 minutes, a dish worthy of your best friends and favorite family members!

Pasta with Peas and Toasted Almonds
10 oz. bag of BonaChia® Linguine (or Fettuccine)
16 oz. bag of frozen peas
⅓ cup favorite bottled salad dressing (I use Brianna’s Champagne Caper Vinaigrette)
½ tsp. kosher salt (not including the salt for cooking water)
½ cup toasted almonds
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add tablespoon of salt to water. Cut off top of bag of pasta and add to boiling water. Add the peas to cook at the same time. After 3 minutes, test pasta. Should be done. Drain pasta and peas rinsing with cold water. Toss with dressing, salt and almonds. Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
