For a healthy happy New Year we’re serving Pasta with Swiss Chard and Carrots.  You really can have your pasta and eat it too.  A little BonaChia® or Carba-Nada pasta tossed with other healthy ingredients is so nutritious, delicious, and satisfying.  Here’s an easy 3in3 recipe I just thought up with Swiss chard, carrots, and onions.

Start the pasta water boiling.  Saute the onions and carrots in olive oil for 5 minutes.  Add chopped Swiss chard and cook until wilted another 5 minutes.

Toss pasta in water and cook just 3 minutes.  Any Al Dente Pasta would be delicious, but I used BonaChia® for the additional health benefits of the chia seeds.  Drain pasta. Toss with cooked vegetables and enjoy!
