Our good friends from Bona Sera Supper Club cooked up an amazing version of Spicy Sesame Peanut Noodles.  They reported selling completely out of everything!  The pasta was a huge hit and will be on the menu again…. Love, love, love the beautiful colors of the veggies. Black sesame seeds may be my new favorite garnish!

3 Carrots,  grated

½ cup Pea Pods, cut in slivers

Salt

Peanut Dressing:

2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter-crunchy or creamy natural salted

1 cup of water

¼ cup hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Heat this to melt the peanut butter and reduce to thicken. Put in a jar to cool.  When room temp add:

2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar

½ cup of peanut oil

Shake, shake shake

Garnish:

Sesame seeds

Ground Peanuts

Cook pasta till just Al Dente (just 3 minutes).  Drain and run cold water over.  Cool pasta to room temp and then toss it with vegies and sesame oil. Adjust salt as needed.  You can keep this for 3 days chilled in the fridge.  Dress with Peanut sauce per serving.  Garnish with sesame seeds and ground peanuts.  Enjoy!
