Could it be Spinach Fettuccine?

Sure enough. That’s what Stephanie spied when she came to interview me for Ispy magazine. Just  gotta say…….it is not easy capturing 30 years of growing a business: who we were then, who we are now, where we’ve been, where we are going, what we do, why we do it.

Yet, the amazing Stefanie Stauffer, succeeded in more ways than one. Read her article.  She writes so well that you will feel like you were at our factory with her. To top things off, I got to hear all about her life. Fascinating stuff. Finishing up her PHD and running a really cool business called Night Shade Army Salsa where she not only makes deliciously unique hot sauces, but even grows the vegetables! Yes, you heard me right. Impressive in every which way, wouldn’t you say?
