I am obsessed with this recipe. I needed to make a quick lunch and I did this recipe with a 1/2 bag of pasta,
3 in 3 Tuna Pasta
1/2 bag (6 oz.) Al Dente fettuccine or linguine
1/4 cup Brianna’s Real French Vinaigrette
1 5 oz can tuna, packed in oil or water, drained of liquid
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced and seeded
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
While bringing pot of water to a boil, put tuna, dressing and tomatoes in a serving bowl. When water comes to a boil add salt and peas. When water comes back to a boil, add pasta. Check pasta in 3 minutes. When done, drain and toss in serving bowl. Serve immediately garnished with almonds or save and serve as a salad at room temperature. Serves 3-4
I have made this several times this dish with BonaChia Linguine and sometimes with delicious Egg Fettuccine. I am freaking out over how good this is, simple and versatile, can be eaten hot or cold!!
