It  wasn’t easy figuring out how to make gluten free pasta that met all of our criteria. First of all, it had to have great taste and texture,  the qualities that have made Al Dente Pasta famous over the past 34 years. Equally important, we wanted it to cook in three minutes– the other thing people LOVE about Al Dente Pasta. Last but not least, we wanted the highest degree of Gluten Free Certification, locally sourced ingredients and great nutritional value. It took us 2 years to succeed in making a Gluten Free pasta we could be proud of.
