Pasta with Bacon, Peas, and Parm
- 12 oz. Al Dente pasta
- 4 oz. diced bacon
- 2 cups peas, thawed
- 3/4 cup cream or 1/2 and 1/2
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. In the meantime, in a large skillet, over medium heat, add the bacon and saute fro 5 minutes till just crisp. Add peas and half and half. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently while cooking pasta for 3 minutes. Drain pasta, add to skillet with grated Parmesan. Taste for seasoning.
