Pasta with Bacon, Peas, and Parm


  • 12 oz. Al Dente pasta
  • 4 oz. diced bacon
  • 2 cups peas, thawed
  • 3/4 cup cream or 1/2 and 1/2
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan


  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. In the meantime, in a large skillet, over medium heat, add the bacon and saute fro 5 minutes till just crisp. Add peas and half and half. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently while cooking pasta for 3 minutes. Drain pasta, add to skillet with grated Parmesan. Taste for seasoning.

  1. Bacon, pease, & parm pasta looks good, but web page really messing up recipe/units. Doesn’t matter if metric or US. Please fix. FWIW, your products (limited selection) found their way to the Kroger Affiliates and Safeway here in Colorado Springs. I was finishing up grad school at U of M when you opened your doors. Go Blue!
