Peas, Love & Pasta Salad
- 1 bag Al Dente Turmeric Pinchetti
- 3/4 cup Asian style salad dressing Briannas, Annie's
- 16 oz frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- Cook pasta & peas together in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes, testing peas after 3 mins.
- Drain. Rinse with cold water.
- Toss with dressing, salt, and almonds. Enjoy!
Serve at room temperature or cold. Add dressing and salt to taste.
