Pasta Marco Polo

Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • .5 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sherry
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • .5 tbsp chilli paste with garlic
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger root

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil (olive/vegetable/coconut) (olive/vegetable/coconut)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • .5 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 4 scallions sliced
  • .5 lb bean sprouts
  • .25 cup sesame seeds toasted
  • 12 oz Al Dente Spicy Sesame Linguine

Instructions
 

  • Combine sauce ingredients. Heat oils over medium high heat and stir fry chicken until it begins to lose raw color. Add scallions, bean sprouts and sauce to chicken. Cook pasta in pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain. Toss pasta with chicken and sesame seeds.
