In a large pot, bring water to boil and cook the pasta. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large pot or pan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and translucent. Add the garlic and ground turkey. Use a spatula to break up the turkey. Add apple cider vinegar, tomato paste and stir thoroughly. Let it cook in medium low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and stir. Bring it to a low simmer and let it all cook together, stirring often for 3-5 more minutes.
Add the pasta to the skillet and stir. Serve with parsley and cheese.
