Sloppy Jane Pasta


  • 12 oz Egg Fettuccine
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup yellow onion diced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar or parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • In a large pot, bring water to boil and cook the pasta. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot or pan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and translucent. Add the garlic and ground turkey. Use a spatula to break up the turkey. Add apple cider vinegar, tomato paste and stir thoroughly. Let it cook in medium low heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and stir. Bring it to a low simmer and let it all cook together, stirring often for 3-5 more minutes.
  • Add the pasta to the skillet and stir. Serve with parsley and cheese.
