Vegetarian Bolognese with Mushrooms
- 1 bag Al Dente pasta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Saute mushrooms in 3 Tbsp. olive oil, until carmelized, 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Add jar of sauce to skillet. Cover.
- While sauce simmers, cook Al Dente Pasta for just 3 minutes. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
- Serve family style. Top with parmesan cheese, if desired.
