Vegetarian Bolognese with Mushrooms
Al Dente pasta
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute mushrooms in 3 Tbsp. olive oil, until carmelized, 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Add jar of sauce to skillet. Cover.
While sauce simmers, cook Al Dente Pasta for just 3 minutes. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
Serve family style. Top with parmesan cheese, if desired.
