Got a jar of Marinara Sauce in your kitchen cabinet? Great! We got here the perfect, quick and tasty pasta recipe for you 🍝

Vegetarian Bolognese with Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag Golden Egg Pappardelle Al Dente pasta
3 tbsp olive oil
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 jar Marinara Sauce
Parmesan cheese and basil for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute mushrooms in 3 Tbsp of olive oil, until carmelized.
Add salt and pepper, to taste. Add jar of sauce to skillet. Cover.
While sauce simmers, cook Al Dente Golden Egg Pappardelle Pasta for just 3 minutes. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
Top with parmesan cheese and basil, if desired and enjoy!

Vegan Monday! 🌿

@gutgully_food prepared a Vegan Mediterranean Salad with @aldentepastaco red lentil + sweet potato and chickpea + turmeric pastas! She elevated it with whole chickpeas, Tahini Sauce and lime juice. 😍🤗

Recipe:
Tahini sauce - 3 Tbsp
Lime Juice - 3 Tsp
Salt - as per taste
Pepper - 1 Tsp
Veggies used are Cucumber, Tomatoes, Onions, Radish, Jalapeños and Dill leaves.
Lime juice is mandatory to give the salad that tangy taste.

Steps:
Boil pasta in water with salt. Once done cool it in icy water. Ice cube will help in stopping from excessive cooking.
Add some olive oil and add tahini sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper
Add veggies of your choice, toss them and serve.
The pastas used are gluten free and plant based vegan
