𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐁𝐔𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐄𝐒 & 𝐒𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐌𝐏

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz @aldentepastaco Basil Fettuccine Noodles
6-8 Cherry tomato
8-10 cooked Shrimp
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Chopped Parsley
1/4 tsp crushed pepper
1 Tbsp Olive oil
500 ml Water
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:
1. In a pan add water and salt. Bring water to boil and add fettuccine noodles.
2. Cook fettuccine noodles in boiling water for 3-4 min.
3. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water then drain pasta.
4. Heat a pan, add butter & garlic. Sauté and add 1 tsp chopped parsley.
5. Add cooked shrimp and toss well. Sauté for about 1-2 min
6. Add cherry tomatoes, toss and cook for a minute.
7. Add cooked pasta. Then add salt & pepper and mix everything together.
8. Turn off the flame. Serve garnished with grated Parmesan, chopped parsley & red chile flakes.

March Madness! Wouldn’t this be the perfect pasta to comfort all our busted brackets? 🏀

#repost @thelowcarbcontessa I just love a “Semi-Homemade” meal. They're quick, easy, and delicious without all the fuss, yet they taste like you worked on them for hours. This dish came together in just about 20 minutes. Add a salad and you've got a meal!

All you need for this yummy “Low Carb Chicken and Bacon Alfredo is a jar of your favorite low carb alfredo sauce (I love @raoshomemade), some rotisserie chicken (or frozen and defrosted chicken breasts or tenders chopped), crispy cooked chopped bacon, a few fresh herbs (this really brightens up the dish), some fresh grated or shaved parmesan cheese and your favorite low carb pasta (I used Carba-Nada from @aldentepastaco). Swipe for a video of how I made this yummy dish! 👉👉👉

What else I love about this dish is that it can easily be changed up! Use blackened chicken tenders for a Blackened Chicken Alfredo. Swap shrimp for the chicken and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Try adding in some fresh spinach, or stir in some chopped tomatoes. The possibilities are virtually limitless.

Remember low carb doesn't have to be hard, but it should always be DELICIOUS!!!
