Ingredients
- 8 oz Carba-Nada Fusilli
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 oz cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil to cook the pasta. When it comes to a boil, add pasta and salt to season the cooking water. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- While water comes to a boil and the pasta is cooking, heat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add extra-virgin olive oil then butter. Add ground turkey and break it up as it cooks until brown. Add garlic, onions, cherry tomatoes, chicken and seasonings to the skillet. Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet for 1 minute. Adjust seasonings and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
